Lusenii Watson is a native of Liberia, West Africa. He currently works for the Southern Company, a premier utility company, as a software developer/support. Lusenii is a 1999 General Engineering graduate from Clark Atlanta University. Lusenii has worked for southern company for over six years and currently works on a project that implements the use of technology that reads residential and commercial meters remotely. While at Southern Company, Lusenii also serves on the southern Company career action team for the Atlanta University Center. In this role, he is responsible for improving the communication of the Southern Company Scholar program to the AUC Dual Degree Engineering students working with the AUC Dual Degree office. Lusenii is also a member of the Georgia Power Toastmasters organization, a group who primary goal is to develop leaders and help its members improve communication skills. Lusenii works in Leadership at his local church and currently facilitates a book club for young men. He is very passionate about helping young men and women reach their full potential.

Throughout Elementary school through college, Lusenii has excelled academically. He was promoted from the 4^th – 6^th grade never having to go through the 5^th because of his intelligence. He graduated from high school as the valedictorian and recorded the third best score in Liberia in the Liberian National Exams, a test given to high school seniors. He graduated from Clark Atlanta University in 1999 with a 3.942 GPA. Lusenii is intelligent and a great motivator of others. He is creative in how he relates to youth. He believes mixing fun and work maximizes teen’s receptiveness and learning. He attributes all his success and intelligence to the grace of God. His passion and purpose in life is to coach, train, develop and empower others to success. You are in good company in the presence of Lusenii Watson.

Lusenii is married to Sharonda Faye Watson, his wife of 5 years. They have two children, Amani(3) and Jabari(1). They are currently residents of Douglasville. In his spare time, he spends time with his family or volunteer with the youth at church. He loves sports especially soccer which he grew up playing. He desires to be a soccer coach one day and to do commentary on a live soccer match at the international or club level.

Sharonda is a native of Newark, New Jersey where she was born and reared by her mother, Doretha Boughton. Sharonda left New Jersey in 1994 to attend college at Clark Atlanta University in Atlanta, Gerogia. There Sharonda studied biology and completed her degree in 1998. Soon after, Sharonda began her graduate studies at The Interdenominational Theological Center Seminary located in Atlanta, Georgia where she received her Master of Arts in Christian Education in 2003.

Sharonda during the course of her graduate studies married Lusenii Watson in 2001. Since there blessed union they have increased their family size when she gave birth to daughter Amani in 2003 and son Jabari in 2005. Sharonda and her family now reside in Douglasville, GA. where Sharonda has been afforded the opportunity to fulfill the daunting task as a stay at home mom for the past three years.

All the while Sharonda has been passionate about working with youth in all capacities from teaching, mentoring, and coaching. She has been an ordained minister at The Assembly of Truth Ministires under the Higher Ground Always Abounding Assemblies since 2000. While at the Assembly of Truth Ministries Sharonda not only works dilligently with the youth there at the church but is also the President of the Audio/Visual Department where she sets up and maintains all audio/visual needs of the church.

Sharonda's goal in life is to know Christ and to make him known and her passion is to develop youth in every way possible.
